The Living area cleverly converts to provide practical sleeping facilities.

The sofa folds-away and transforms in to a pull-down double bed - dimensions: 6’ 3” x 4’ 6”; there is a dedicated TV position located in the stylish TV unit opposite which also incorporates a mini fridge.

There's a fixed high-level child's bunk bed with removable ladder and sofa below which converts in to a single bed - with handy storage space beneath suitable to locate hand-sized luggage.

A kitchenette with microwave and sink.

Washroom with large shower enclosure, dual flush contemporary WC, heated towel rail, vanity cupboard and wash basin. Plus concealed storage with sliding doors.
